Mirror, mirror, on the wall…

Every good spell begins with a fracture.
A break in the world where the light leaks through.

Mine came in a dozen shapes—heartbreak, rock bottom, the quiet ache of wanting more, the stubborn belief that I was built for a life that felt like fiction.
So I tore down everything that wasn’t me, and followed the threads that were.

I didn’t build Unicorn in a boardroom.
I built it in the in-between places—on long drives across state-lines, in half-filled journals, and in the lessons that only pain has the authority to teach.

I learned that branding isn’t logos or taglines or “deliverables.” Branding is identity—the kind forged from lived experience, truth-telling, and a little smoke and magic. It’s knowing who you are so clearly that the world has no choice but to see it too.

Unicorn didn’t come from ego. It came from survival. From the realization that the only way to outlive a story is to rewrite it.

So here I am—part copywriter, part storyteller, part alchemist, but all in.
